Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel an appointment, please make sure it is in excess of 24 hours, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.

As a courtesy to all our clients, late arrivals will lessen your time spent with us. You will however still be charged the full price for the treatment booked.

Children are welcome in the Salon but we are unable to allow them into the Treatment Rooms.

All treatments we offer can also be purchased as a ‘course of treatments’. If you pay for 5 treatments upfront, you’ll get 6. Payment must be made upfront for the 5 treatments. There is no expiration date on courses and they are also non refundable.
